Seyhan Kosbatar is our local artist and art teacher. Seyhan studied art before working in various schools as an art teacher in Turkiye. Now living in Glasgow, she continues teaching art through painting, sculpture and handicrafts workshops.

Beginners Meditation
with Jan from Destress Yoga

Meditation is considered a type of complementary medicine and can produce a deep state of relaxation and tranquil mind. It is about learning to quiet our mind and be present in the moment.

 

Begin your meditation journey for free at the Campus on Wednesday at 11.15 am until 11.45 am. We will practice with guided meditation and mindfulness meditation.
